At the Detroit Auto Show, Lincoln gets a C

Hoping to attract younger buyers, Ford's Lincoln division unveiled the Lincoln C concept at the Detroit Auto Show this week, a car Lincoln calls a big idea for a small luxury car. Ford's vision: a small, more fuel-efficient car for congested urban areas and compact parking spaces that still provides driver and passengers with luxury and comfort of larger sedans. "Modern luxury buyers who live and work in large, urban areas want to play their part in helping the environment by moving to a smaller vehicle, but they still want to enjoy the luxuries of life," said Peter Horbury, executive director of Design, The Americas.

While searching the Interwebs for auto parts to Z cars and back, we stumbled upon this gem courtesy of our friends over at Jalopnik. The long-awaited preview of “ Fast & Furious 7” comes just months after the tragic death of lead star Paul Walker. The shaky-looking, bootlegged clip begins at “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift” protagonist Han Lue's funeral, setting a somber tone for the latest installment of the series.

New Ford Mustang leaks out ahead of official reveal

The first photo of the 2015 Ford Mustang Ford has been busy getting ready for a reveal of the new 2015 Ford Mustang on the 5th December, but their powder has been made a little damp by scanned images from Autoweek’s story on the new Mustang leaking out ahead of publication. The new Mustang still looks like a Mustang, but in a  nod to Ford’s European styling mantra it gets a version of the Aston Martin like grill now proliferating across Ford’s European range together headlights incorporating LEDs. At the back, the new Mustang has the required three bar lights and a new diffuser, whilst the interior looks decent quality if a little retro in style.
