Survey: 1 in 4 drivers break law every day

In a survey of British motorists, 78% of drivers admitted to breaking the law whilst driving – and 27% revealed they do so on a daily basis. The most common offence is speeding, but nearly half of those questioned confessed to using their mobile to phone or text from behind the wheel, and a remarkable 41% said they had driven without wearing a seatbelt. GM, Koenigsegg sign deal on Saab sale

General Motors Co. reached a deal Tuesday to sell its money-losing Swedish subsidiary Saab to Koenigsegg Group AB. The companies signed a stock purchase agreement that would give the tiny Swedish supercar maker 100 percent of Saab's shares, GM Europe said in a statement.
