Our items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, if you receive a part that wasn't as described or pictured PLEASE let us know and give us a chance to make you happy and set things right BEFORE posting feedback.

Shipping: Because we know you need your parts fast, we ship very promptly - usually the next business day. (Cycle Part EXPRESS) (Some large items take an extra day if we need to find a box for 'em.) Shipping is via UPS ground, USPS 1st class or Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Large/heavy items will ship Parcel Post or UPS ground.

International: We're happy to ship worldwide. If no shipping price is listed for your location, just drop us a note and we'll get you a shipping quote right away.

Returns: It's simple: Unless otherwise specified our parts come with a 14 day return & refund policy. Use Bike Bandit or a similar website to cross-reference fit.

You can do this by looking up the same part for your year make and model and the year make and model we have listed. Then compare the part numbers. If they are the same the part will fit. If the part numbers are different the part may not work and additional research will be required. No returns or refunds because buyer did not research application of part, and part didn't fit. We mark all our parts.
