ship items that have free shipping via UPS if the cost is less expensive for us. We do combine shipping, it is based on the combined
weight of items purchased. All shipping to the lower 48 states is via UPS Ground
Service or USPS. All shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations
will be shipped via USPS. International shipping can be VERY expensive, so please check the shipping cost before
buying.
Shipping is
expensive and we do not add any shipping or handling costs. We only
enter the weight of the item and the dimensions into the description,
the
rest is calculated by eBay. We will always try to pack as many items
together
and as inexpensively as we can, we do not like shipping costs either.
Local pickup is available with no shipping or extra charges. Thank you

We do have a 100%
warranty on all items to be as described. We stand behind all of our items. If
there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us ASAP and we will
get them taken care of. We also understand that some items, even if described
correctly, may not be what you were looking for or need after all. Please let
us know if you would like to return something, even if it is described
correctly, we are still willing to accept returns with no problem. For RETURNED
items, original "free shipping" charges will be deducted from the
refunded price and you, the buyer, are responsible for shipping items back to
us.
***International Buyers***
Please Note: We do
offer USPS First Class International Shipping as a shipping option. It is less
expensive than USPS Priority Shipping, but there is no tracking available
and it can take up to 45 days to receive your item(s). This is not normal,
very rare, there are usually no problems, but it does happen.
Please be aware that
your country may charge import duties, taxes, and charges. These are not
included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility and sometimes will be due at the time of delivery or pickup.
Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to buying. Thank you!
Returns Made Simple for International Buyers:
Buyer
must contact us prior to returning item for our return information.
(Item cannot be used or installed, must have original packaging/tags and
no more than 30 days from the date you received the item) Once the
merchandise you returned arrives we will REFUND you using your original
method of payment after the item is inspected, typically happens within 2
business days of receiving your item(s).
~Please contact us first through the eBay messaging system with any issues, we will work to resolve any problems.
~All our parts have a 100% warranty to be as described.
~All return items must be returned and received back to us within 30 business days of you receiving the item.
~Any
items sold as "New" must be in new, unused condition with all packaging
and tags included. Once "New" items are used or installed on a machine
we are unable to take them back. The only exception to this would be
defective items.
~We will refund the full purchase price & any shipping cost paid if items are not as described.
~We do NOT pay the return shipping if the item is as described, buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us.

may ask that you send photos to verify any damage or discrepancy.
