Oak Leaf Auto Salvage LLC warranties any part we sell to be free of any mechanical defects, cracks or broken pieces (unless listed as a core, for rebuild/parts, or stated otherwise) for 60 days from receiving the part. If the part fails under normal  operating conditions Oak Leaf Auto Salvage LLC will exchange with a similar condition part, or if another part is not available, we will refund the purchase price and shipping.

No warranty on labor under any circumstances.

Part returns due to purchaser error such as failure to read the full listing title/description, failure to view all photos, purchasing the incorrect part, incorrect diagnosis, failure to correctly match your part with the item for sale, Failure to have current/correct shipping address updated (no P.O. Boxes), etc. will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping and only the original item amount (not shipping cost) will be refunded minus the restocking fee. Even if an item has "free shipping", please keep in mind that we are still paying for the shipping cost so any returns for the above reasons will not be refunded what our actual shipping cost was.  

To return an item for a refund, you must contact us using the eBay return feature within 60 days of receiving the part.

We ship the majority of our items with UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. We try to keep our shipping rates as competitive as possible, if you have any questions or concerns about shipping please contact us before purchasing.

All items purchased during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CDT) will be shipped within 24 hours. If you make a purchase on the weekend, your item will ship on Monday of the new week.

• Please note that in descriptions, part notes and/or details we use the industry standard "L" or "LH" for "DRIVER’S SIDE" and "R" or "RH" for "PASSENGER’S". Where a part could be for the front or rear of a vehicle we use "LF" for "LEFT FRONT", "LR" for "LEFT REAR", "RF" for "RIGHT FRONT" and "RR" for "RIGHT REAR".

• Please check with your dealer or a certified shop if you are looking to purchase any modules (ECU,BCM, ect..) from us. Some modules may need to be reprogrammed by a certified shop.

• We will leave the bulbs in tail lights, headlights, fog lights and other vehicle lights if they're available, but bulbs are not covered by our warranty and may not be included or intact.

• Listings for wheels may or may not include center caps.
   
• Listings for steering wheels DO NOT include the steering wheel airbag. Listings for steering columns DO NOT include the steering wheel unless noted in the listing, if the listing includes the steering wheel, it DOES NOT include the steering wheel airbag.
