These parts are in working condition, but at the same time please be advised these are used parts and may malfunction. We do however provide a 30 day 100% money back warranty for the parts unless the part is sold “AS IS”. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the part they ordering is the correct part for their vehicle. If you are not sure please either check with us, a local certified mechanic or a dealer to insure you are ordering the correct part.

2. PAYMENT METHODS:

PayPal payment is required at the time of placement of your order. We are not able to accept any other form of payment at this time.

3. BUYER SATISFICATION:

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and provide a money back guarantee. We are open 24 hours 7 days a week -- even on holidays. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item for any reason please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the part and we will make every possible and reasonable effort to get you a replacement, exchange or refund.

4. SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We ship super fast with USPS and UPS for special requests. We ship expedited with the carrier of your choice -- e.g. Fed Ex, USPS, and UPS for express / overnight service. We always ship with delivery confirmation / tracking number. All our domestic shipments are insured. Shipping & handling charges are given below in the table unless shipping is being offered free as a promotion.

· PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES:

We ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses; please provide the correct address along with phone No. at the time of checkout. There may be some additional surcharge applicable to the order shipped to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

· INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not provide international shipping; you may contact us to see if shipping can be arranged dependent on the particular part and your location.

· CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES:

Buyer is responsible for any Customs / Duties or other related charges for international shipments.

· SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES & RETURNS:

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless we ship the incorrect part(s). We are not able to negotiate shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges depend on the zoning, size, and weight of the part. Our charges are very reasonable when compared to other sellers on EBay. Note that for Hawaii & Alaska orders there will be $2.99 - $4.99 surcharge.

5. RETURNS:

We offer 30 days return with 100% sale price refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless it is our mistake. Please include the copy of the packing slip along with your contact phone number and indicate the reason for the return. If the part is wrong or defective please advise us if you want an exchange, replacement or refund. We recommend our buyers get a tracking number / delivery confirmation, insurance, and pack securely to protect the return of the part(s). If the part is lost we cannot offer a refund. If the part(s) is returned damaged your payment will not be refunded. The part(s) must be returned in its original condition.

7. WARRANTY, REMEDY AND DAMAGE LIMITATION:

The warranties in this agreement are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, said warranties being expressly disclaimed.

Buyer agrees that its sole and exclusive remedy against seller will be limited to the repair and replacement of nonconforming or defective goods, provided seller is promptly notified in writing of any defect. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as seller is willing to repair or replace the defective parts.

Seller will not be liable to buyer for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues and profits. This right to recover damages within the limitations set forth is buyer’s exclusive alternative remedy if the limited remedy of repair or replacement fails of its essential purpose. The parties agree that this alternative remedy will be enforceable even if the limited remedy of repair or replacement fails of its essential purpose. Choice of law is Michigan.

AK Auto Parts LLC (Sold.Out01) its agents or members is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or injury to person due to any reason. By purchasing the part(s) buyer is waiving any and all claims for damage to persons or property and buyer’s remedy is limited to the “Return Policy” as stated above. AK AUTO PARTS LLC is limited Liability Company and not affiliated with any other companies inside or outside of United States.
