Dunnellon, Florida, US
987 2006 Porsche Boxster Cayman S 3.4 Complete engine drop out, 86K miles, includes all drive belt accessories, intake, wire harness for tiptronic, . This engine runs and sounds very nice. I have driven the car myself. I am not a salvage yard, all items are removed by me, and nothing ever just gets "cut" to remove, but the power steering lines were damaged under the car where they connected , so I did cut them off at the engine( see pic) .Comes as pictured, look close at photos to see what is included. I do this as a hobby and as an enthusiast, and enjoy working on Porsches. Any questions feel free to call 352-464-4947. Citroen C-Buggy
Mon, 15 May 2006Citroen will show their latest concept in Spain at the Madrid Motor Show next week. Chopping the roof off last year's C-AirPlay brings the concept closer the Smart Crossblade seen in 2001, and proposes a potential direction for a more leisure-orientated supermini. Just as open-cars are philosophically opposed to closed ones, Citroen has carried this equation through to the trim as well: the gray exterior of the C-Buggy contrasts with the white of the C-AirPlay, while the green interior inverts its forbear?s rouge.
Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder revealed
Thu, 20 Nov 2008The Lamborghini LP560 has been with us for a few months now, so bang on cue Lamborghini has announced the convertible version – The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder (what a mouthful – I think we’ll just stick with ‘LP560′). The Spyder version of the original Gallardo was always one of our favourites. It gave away so little to the hard-top version it really made sense to have the convertible – a rare thing with a performance car.
CCS - AISI project 2007
Wed, 26 Sep 2007The college for Creative Studies (CCS) has been teaming up with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) since 1989, bringing together imaginative automotive design and steel, the material of choice in the industry. As did last year's program, this summer also saw three engineering students from the University of Michigan (UM) join three CCS transportation design students to develop a concept car. Revolving around an 'Inside Out' theme, students conceptualized, rendered and created a concept vehicle based on a steel exoskeleton design.
