As Estate buyers we make every attempt to accurately describe our items as we inspect them but at times we may miss something specific to an item that we are unaware of. If this unfortunate situation arises, please give us a chance to make things right with you before posting us negative feedback.  Please note we usually offer multiple shipping options to get your item to you and we charge actual shipping plus a small fee for supplies. If the shipping looks out of proportion let us know and we will look into it and correct any error. We now ship internationally using the eBay international shipping program if the item qualifies for the program.

We track all our auctions during our physical store hours - 10am till 5pm Monday through Friday. We do check in frequently on Saturday’s and Sundays if we have current auctions ending over the weekend. We do combine shipping for multiple winning bids (same day wins). Just wait for our invoice before paying for your auctions.

 Returns accepted only if item received is not as described. We personally inspect every item we list and try to describe item accurately. Return shipping will be refunded once item is received and is in the same condition as shipped.

Attention 0 or negative feedback bidders: due to many non-paying bidders with low feedback please email us with your good intentions prior to placing a bid or we will cancel your bid without exception. Our listings do cost us money and non-paying bidders increase our costs which in turn increase our base pricing to do business on eBay. Thank you for your understanding.
