1/4" thick blank for passengers side WJ tow hook mount. Utilizes some of the factory mounts and I made it extra long to also tie into the factory swap bar link bolts. Comes unpainted as shown. Perfect for the do it yourself welder who wants a particular configuration or I do offer this plate with another 1/4" plate and tow hook mounts attached. Please check out my other auctions.

Check out my other auctions for ZJ and WJ lift kits and separate components. I offer 2", 3", 4", 6",7" and 8" lift kits as well as full long arm kits.   I am a huge Jeep fanatic and build these parts in my spare time. My personal vehicles are a 96 ZJ and a 99WJ both running 8" long arm kits that I built from hand and will rival any big name builder for a fraction of the price. If you don't see something you need for your jeep, shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do to fab one up.

Chrysler's new problem is a shortage of vehicles

Wed, 05 Aug 2009

A two-month factory shutdown and the cash-for-clunkers government rebates accomplished a feat that had eluded Chrysler Group: It turned several slow-selling vehicles into scarce commodities. At the end of July, Chrysler had only a seven days' supply of Jeep Patriots, or 2,200 units, in dealer stocks. Sixty days is considered normal.

Volkswagen has confirmed its new 2014 Polo supermini will go on sale in the UK on 23 April 2014, with prices starting from £11,100 for the entry-level 60hp 1.0-litre S variant. Prices rise to £19,715 for the range-topping five-door Polo Blue GT model fitted with VW’s 150hp 1.4-litre TSI petrol turbo engine with cylinder deactivation technology. It is mated to a six-speed manual as standard, or the firm’s seven-speed DSG gearbox as an option.

Bloodhound 1000mph World Speed Record attempt goes carbon neutral. Piffle.

Thu, 25 Oct 2012

Richard Noble’s Bloodhound Land Speed Record attempt will now be carbon neutral thanks to sponsorship by Carbon Neutral Investments (CNI). People like Richard Noble – leader of the Bloodhound Project aiming to break the 1000mph land speed record – are made of the same stuff as Spitfire pilots and Biggles, with a gung-ho approach to the inherent dangers and an inability to contemplate failure; British Bulldog Spirit at its best. So it seems almost sad that a proper Boy’s Own adventure like the Bloodhound SSC – a 133,000bhp rocket and jet powered racing car – should bow to trendy PC sensibilities by announcing it’s a ‘Carbon Neutral’ project.
