Buyer assumes all liability by installing and using the part.4. Because parts are used, especially electronics, refunds and exchanges are not accepted except only in certain case by case basis. We test major electrical parts before disassembly5. If part stated 'tested' then it worked prior to disassembly. Any part knowingly damaged or not working will be stated accordingly.6. I cannot understand a 'non-paying' bidder. Non-paying bidders will be left negative feedback , reported to ebay and put on our 'cannot bid list - forever'.7. We make every attempt to offer quality, used, parts which are described the best we can. We do not like negative feedback and do not want to give it. So please, if you think we overstated the value of your purchase, let us know before making thesituation ugly for either of us. (i.e. giving us negitive feedback!)10.
