General Terms and Conditions:

PAYMENT

Buyers must pay by PayPal or cash at pick-up.  Other forms of payment can be made with prior approval of seller.  Please contact me to request other forms of payment.

Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 10 days, the auction will be revoked and subsequently re-listed. In addition a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed!

SHIPPING

Shipping costs for all orders are the winning bidder’s responsibility and are based on either a flat rate for domestic shipping or approximate weight for international postal shipments. All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex., or USPS.   I reserve the right to choose carrier based on items being shipped. I take great pride and want to insure that all packages arrive SAFELY and are packaged CAREFULLY. I include the costs of packaging within the flat rate shipping fee.

RECORD ALBUMS will be shipped outside inner and outer sleeves and sandwiched in heavy weight cardboard to prevent damaging sleeves and records.

HEAVY BOOKS will be shipped sandwiched in heavy weight cardboard to prevent damaging bindings.

Please request an invoice for expedited shipping or packaging upgrades.

Generally, I will combine shipping if packaging will support additional items without jeopardizing item safety.  Combined shipping will be discounted by using 100% of largest shipping fee, 50% of second largest, 25% or third, and the fourth is free.  Please advise me if you want to combine ship or are planning additional purchases.

All orders with a value of  $150 or less are shipped giving the driver the discretion of whether to leave the package without a signature.  Orders with a value of $150 or more will require a signature at time of delivery. 

In the event that your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS promptly for you to receive compensation.  Please be sure to e-mail me using the Contact Seller link in this listing as soon as the damage is discovered.  Be sure to retain the original carton, its unused contents and all packing materials until advised otherwise by shipper. I do not refund your money out of pocket for items damaged in transit. 

RETURNS

All items are sold as-is and described. I will accept all returns for refund of the amount paid. Seller will NOT refund any shipping cost.  Buyer must request return of the item exactly as received within 14 days of receipt.  The Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

LEGAL

I have used my best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. I make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
