For parts that are not defective, but are returned within the 30 days. Original shipping costs are not refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us by phone 419-491-1825 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Shipping
We usually ship within 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Our business hours are from 8-5:30 M-F EST. time. All Non-Freight items will be sent via Fed Ex ground unless agreed otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 12:00 pm ET. With all the arguments over the blown diffuser and how it would penalise Red Bull more than any other team on the grid, it was still business as usual with Webber and Vettel filling the front row of the grid. Just for a change Webber was on pole, but that lasted all of a few yards as Vettel swept past his team mate on the first lap and stayed there until his second pit stop. Then it went a bit wrong.

Mini is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its original model by confirming plans for a new compact performance-oriented coupe. The two-seater, revealed 50 years to the day after the premiere of the first Mini back in 1959, will make its public debut at the upcoming Frankfurt auto show. At the show, the BMW-owned carmaker also will unveil a similarly styled two-seat roadster, which sources say will head into production as part of a strategy aimed at further raising the appeal of the wildly popular and iconic small car.
