We waited with baited breath to see what the Jaguar design team had in store at the Paris motor show this year, and we weren't disappointed with the resulting showcar. Created by a team led by Matthew Beaven, Principal Designer at Jaguar Advanced Design, the C-X75 is both a celebration of Jaguar's 75 year history and a design showcase for the company's hybrid turbine technology. Four million drivers have steering 'out of line'

MILLIONS of drivers could be at risk of an accident and injuring others by having defective steering, according to new research. A study for Kwik Fit has shown that one in eight motorists (12%) say the steering on their cars pulls to one side or the other, and just under one million of those say that their steering pulls 'significantly'. The data reveals that younger drivers are more prone to this issue, with 25% of those under 34 admitting that their car pulls to one side, even on a straight road.

Who's Where: Martin Smith joins Ford Europe design team

Martin Smith has been appointed as Executive Director of Design at Ford Europe. Smith, a native of Sheffield, England, brings a wealth of design experience to Ford, having held positions at Porsche, Audi, and most recently as Director of Design for Opel/Vauxhall. In his new position, he will report to product development chief, Derrick Kuzak and to Ford's global group vice president for Design, J Mays.
