I do not accept returns. There is one, and only one, exception to this rule - if I make a mistake, then I will fix it. I am an honest person and do my very best to accurately describe every item. I am not an expert on all of the items I sell - ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. I know some regular retail stores do allow you to return products because you don't like the color/changed your mind/bought the wrong size or color/etc. They are able to return the product to the manufacturer for credit. I cannot. I purchase all of my items out of pocket and cannot get my money back from the manufacturer/distributor. So, please, know what you are bidding on/that it is what you want/that it works with your device/that is the right color/etc before you buy here.

In an effort to save you money and decrease shipping charges, ALL FIRST CLASS IS SHIPPED IN A BUBBLE MAILER. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM SHIPPED IN A BOX, YOU MUST CHOOSE PRIORITY SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT (and pay the PRIORITY SHIPPING PRICE).Please note that I only ship Monday - Thursday mornings. That means if you pay after the mail has come on Thursday  your package will NOT ship until Monday.  The office is open Monday - Thursday. Any emails received after 3pm EST on Thursday will not be answered until Monday.

I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.  DOMESTIC Shipping can be combined on items won within 7 days of each other as long as all wins are paid for in one payment, shipped to one address, and can be shipped together in the same box. If you pay separately, then they will ship separately - no exceptions. This is paypal's rule, not mine. Paypal requires each and every payment transaction to have it's own unique tracking #. Combined shipping policy is full price for the item with the highest shipping and then half off the stated postage for each additional item won. Ebay will automatically calculate the postage discount for you at check out (at least it should) - so you can check out quickly. This is usually a pretty accurate cost, since my shipping prices are as low as possible to begin with. However, if you buy more than 3 items, you will probably want to email me before paying to see if it would be cheaper to use a flat rate box, etc.
