Originally used for an ice box conversion and was removed as part of a galley and refrigeration expansion and rebuild. Unit is air cooled and has quick connect fittings. It should be still charged with refrigerant and should work fine without issue, but I have no way to confirm refrigerant quantity. It has rust corrosion on the base plate and frame but is still serviceable and it has normal wear and tear commensurate with its age. The unit was fully functional when removed and is being replaced with a much larger system, also from Alder Barbour. System is complete with compressor, vertical box style evaporator (same size as VD150), evaporator mounting feet, screws, thermostat control unit, approx 12' of extension tubing, quick connections, and installation and operating manual. Again the unit worked fine but we have doubled the original Refer space and it was simply not large enough to use.

Tue, 03 Oct 2006Audi has unveiled the new R8 supercar, closely based on the Le Mans concept that was shown three years ago in Frankfurt. The two-seat car uses a shortened version of the Lamborghini Gallardo platform, and is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 using FSI technology first introduced by the A2. Like the now-obsolete small car the R8 is also constructed of an aluminum space-frame, keeping weight down to 1360kg.

But when we pause and think we remember that they are in fact part of VW, and therefore very much a European car maker. Which explains why, despite the cars being bolted together here, Bentley feels the need to put UK Car prices up by 5% from 31st March, due to the current weakness of Sterling.
