Aeromotive 16306 Billet Fuel Pump Controller Item Description
Features Aeromotive Electronics - 0 - 0 UNIVERSAL NON APPLICATION SPECIFIC ALL ALL ALL ; - 16306 *Billet Fuel Pump Speed Controller, P/N 16306* (This Part # replaces Part # 16302) For any pump, on any type of vehicle, the Aeromotive Fuel Pump Speed Controller (FPSC) minimizes hot fuel handling problems for in-line pumps in bypass systems and it will also keep T-style pumps cool in static systems, extending fuel pump life. Sensing engine RPM, the FPSC kicks your fuel flow into high gear when you need it, but reduces pump speed and flow to keep things cool when you don't. It's like an automatic transmission for your electric fuel pump. When you're cruising, Aeromotive's Billet Fuel Pump Controller automatically steps voltage down to the Fuel Pump at lower RPM, then it continuously monitors engine speed, stepping voltage and flow back up when needed. The RPM step-point is adjustable, allowing calibration for your specific application. *Billet Digital FMU, P/N 16303* The new Aeromotive Billet Digital FMU is a fully adjustable, scalable, electronic fuel pump controller. Used with an external in-line fuel pump, the Digital FMU creates a programmable FMU for use with returnless fuel systems. The Aeromotive FMU senses manifold pressure and automatically controls the external pump, providing the fuel pressure that you dial in. Now you can add forced induction to any returnless fuel system application and maintain the proper air/fuel ratio under all WOT operating conditions. NOTE: For use with returnless fuel systems only. Trevor’s Back! TVR sold to new British owner
Fri, 07 Jun 2013TVR sold to a new British owner, Les Edgar TVR – once the pride of Blackpool – effectively disappeared from the car scene in 2006 when its Russian owner, Nikolai Smolensky, shuttered up TVR just two years after he bought it from Peter Wheeler and last yeare announced there would never be another TVR. But it now seems TVR has been sold to a British businessman, Les Edgar, who has bought the rights to the TVR name and the right to manufacture parts for existing cars. So far, the only evidence of a return is a new splash page on the TVR website (pictured above) which tells us that TVR are ‘Roaring Back’.
New car sales hit ten year high – Toyota Yaris breaks in to top 10
Sat, 05 Apr 2014The Toyota Yaris accounted for over 20% of hybrid sales in March 2014 We’ve got used to new car sales (well, new car registrations) hitting new highs month after month, but March 2014 managed to top even the recent levels with the highest monthly registrations in a decade. March is normally the year’s highest new car month with the ‘year’ plate change coming in, with almost 20 per cent of cars registered in that month alone (it used to be August when there was just one plate change a year) and 2014 saw a jump of nearly 18 per cent over 2013, and the highest total since March 2014. Still sitting atop the list is the Ford Fiesta (25,753) with more than 50 per cent more sales than the second place Ford Focus (16,860), with the usual suspects taking up the rest of the top ten (full top ten sales for March 2014 below).
Renault Sand'up concept
Mon, 27 Oct 2008This is Renault's new Sand'up concept, developed by Renault Brazil and unveiled today at the 25th Salão Internacional do Automóvel in São Paolo. The modular 2+2 coupé can not only transform into a cabriolet, but it can also be used as a pickup by lowering the rear bench seat. As most pickups in Brazil are bought for their sporty image and not used for heavy workloads, but rather as an adventurous and fun vehicle, the car makes use of the rear passenger compartment by incorporating a mechanism that lengthens the cargo bed by up to 40cm to accommodate a range of objects.
