Payment

For eBay sales, Pay Pal payments are preferred. We must receive confirmation of your Pay Pal transaction within 3 days of auction's end or buying our item. Payments through MasterCard and Visa are also accepted and also must be paid within 2 days of auction's end or buying our item. Any unpaid auction will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UID) through eBay AND cancellation. A RELIST fee (when applicable) and RESTOCK fee of 20% of purchase price will be charged for any cancelled or returned order (does not apply to items returned under warranty).

Shipping & Handling

All items will be shipped out Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for handling time. If you purchase the item over the weekend, it will not be shipped out until the next business week. We charge Sales Tax for any items shipped to a Minnesota address or for any items picked up at our facility.

Positive feedback will be posted for the winner of the auction as soon as the buyer confirms receipt of shipment with positive feedback posted for us. Please give us the opportunity to fix any problems before you post a negative or neutral feedback. We will resolve any problems immediately.
