AIMS Power (PWRINV500012W) 5000W Power Inverter    Item Description Introducing the AIMS Compact 5000 Watt Modified Sine Wave Power Inverter. Over the past 10 years, AIMS has been constantly improving this product. With this newest upgrade, they have created an industry standard. This inverter is smaller and lighter than the original AIMS 5000 Watt Modified Sine Inverter. This inverter replaces PWRINV5000W. This unit weighs only 16 lbs. and is only 17 inches long, which means it has a considerably smaller footprint then the previous best selling AIMS 5000 Watt inverter. This New AIMS 5000 Watt Compact Power Inverter also has 2 other major changes. First, it only has one set of DC input terminals on the DC side. Eliminating the need for Jumpers or multiple sets of cables. Second, the Direct Connect AC terminal block has been repositioned on the unit. This change was made to give the user a better view of the Meters on the unit. AIMS did a great job upgrading this unit. The best part is that the unit cost has not changed, it is still the best value available in this size power inverter. This is a great whole-house inverter or large RV or toy hauler inverter. Classic Ford Bronco bodies go back into production
Wed, 07 Nov 2012The ever-expanding range of officially licensed reproduction car bodies has grown to include everything from the 1967 Camaro to the 1940 Ford Coupe that debuted at SEMA. Now, vintage sport utility vehicle enthusiasts can get in on the fun as well. Hemmings reports that Dynacorn—a company that already produces Camaro, Mustang and Chevy truck bodies—will add the Ford Bronco to its reproduction lineup.
Peugeot Ramps Up Production For New 308
Tue, 18 Mar 2014FRENCH car maker Peugeot is to crank up production of its new 308 model as demand has rocketed for the recently crowned 2014 European Car of the Year. Built at Peugeot’s Sochaux plant in France, the firm has announced it’s to add a night shift from June, with the result that 600 jobs are being created and output will increase to a total of 1,563 cars per day. The firm has said it has already taken over 60,000 orders, while the decision to up production coincides with the launch this summer of an estate version, the 308 SW.

Mon, 03 May 2010The Aston Martin One-77 in London We’re getting really close to the first production Aston Martin One-77 getting in to the hands of a customer (and in all probability in to the hands of the guy who’s bought 10 AM One-77s), and for the first time we’ve actually seen the One-77 out in the wild. This One-77 was taking part in a supercar run from London to Silverstone on Friday to promote the FIA GT1 World Championship which takes place this weekend at the new Silverstone track, and was the first chance to see the One-77 both on the move and away from a static display at an event. We’ve seen the One-77 in the flesh a couple of times, but each time it’s been the same car (the AM One-77 from Salon Prive last year) but this is a different car.
