Paper tax discs will soon be scrapped forever, but a survey of drivers has found that a half are clueless about the new rules. The survey, of more than 1,000 people, suggests that the DVLA has failed to efficiently inform motorists of the changes – despite them coming in from the 1 October 2014. 2011 Bentley Mulsanne is revealed at Pebble Beach concours

The new Bentley finally broke cover--and was named--on Sunday at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The car is called the Mulsanne and will arrive next year as a 2011 model. The name was last used on a sporty Bentley from the 1980s until 1992.
