There was worldwide interest for the cars as bidders on the phone and the Internet represented 18 different countries, including Argentina, Turkey and Australia.

To help develop the second-largest market for Ferrari, the three-year exhibit is the Italian manufacturer's way of showing the Chinese public the history, cars and technology of Ferrari. The exhibit has five areas: Ferrari in China, Green, Product, Design and Racing.
