The QP-400 Aluminum Stationary Dock KIT is a great lightweight, easy to assemble and easy to install 4’ x 8’ dock. The all-aluminum structure and the included stainless steel hardware, makes this dock totally rust free and easy to maintain. Ideal for river and lakesides up to 4’ deep. This kit comes with two 6’ galvanized steel piles, base plates, PVC caps, and all the necessary hardware to assemble the dock and to join 2 docks either; end to end; side by side; or even in a ‘’T’’ or ‘’L’’ shape. For the decking, buy locally! All you need are (10x) 8’ cedar boards and 70 x #10 1¾ ’’ screws. Plans and ‘How To’ instruction sheet are included. Government To Call Time On Tax Disc
Thu, 05 Dec 2013THE HUMBLE tax disc is set to become a thing of the past, with Chancellor George Osborne planning to shake up the way we tax our vehicles as part of his Autumn Statement announcement. After more than 90 years affixed to British motorists' cars, the tax disc is to be scrapped and replaced with a modern electronic system. For the first time motorists will also be able to pay for their vehicle excise duty (VED) by monthly direct debit, although this will cost an extra 5%.

GM covers partial repair cost for defective fuel-level sensors
Fri, 07 Oct 2011General Motors has said it will cover half the cost for repairing defective fuel gauges in 2005- through 2009- model-year Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Saab 9-7X sport-utility vehicles. GM's agreement to pay half the repair costs puts an end to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's probe, opened earlier this year. NHSTA was checking into reports that the gauges showed there was more gas in the tank than there actually was.
