Description
The Alpine SWR-M100 is a 10-inch marine subwoofer that provides the volume and sound characteristics necessary to be heard in a noisy marine environment. The Alpine speaker is ideally suited for music reproduction in a marine setting due to its waterproof and extremely durable construction. Utilizing an advanced frame design constructed with strong polypropylene materials, the 10-inch marine subwoofer resists shock and impacts. The waterproof rubber mounting gasket ensures that spray and moisture do not enter the Alpine speaker and break down its components. The Alpine SWR-M100 features 300 watts of RMS capability with a peak power rating of 900 watts, which means that the unit can handle power output from any marine stereo unit. The Alpine speaker also features an infinite baffle design that prevents the sound waves emitted from the front and rear of the unit to meet and cancel each other out. This gives the unit the ability to be utilized in a wide variety of applications.
