After purchasing (alternator, starter motor) we charge $35.00 deposit which is refunded after the return old unit. Our products are sold in safety and recycling box and require the return of old core in the same box, no later than 7 days after getting the parcel from us. 

) Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from sale, if the parts are not been fitted, dismantled, modificated with in any way, intact, undamaged and no signs of mounting. Your item must be return with original invoice in original box and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Our company will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.We are unable to refund shipping costs.

Refunds money are issued within 7 working days of part return. If you paid with PayPal, then it is redeemed only return to your PayPal account.

Warranty

All alternators and starter motors we sell would have a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase

Warranty relates to our the supplied alternators and starter motors only, it expressly excludes any consequential loss & fitting/ labour charges

If Goods become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Based on the manufacturer opinion we will repair or replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.
