And of its sport derivative, the Land Rover DC100 Sport, too. But Land Rover made it clear that the DC100 is a work in progress, and that they were looking for feedback as the quest to replace the Defender with a 21st version gathers speed over the coming years.

Thu, 13 Jan 2011The Sonic is Chevrolet's latest attempt to induce a small car in the American market and take on the Ford Fiesta in one fell swoop. Replacing the generally unaccepted Aveo, the Sonic draws from a youthful and aggressive design in a bid to appeal to the younger market. Available as a four-door sedan (seen here) as well as a five-door hatchback, the Sonic displays a 'progressive exterior design', according to the American brand's press materials.

This time last year we had engine upgrades for the 2010 Corsa – and some economy tweaks and fiddles – but nothing in the way of cosmetic changes. This year we get no oily tweaks but we do get the 2011 Vauxhall Corsa Facelift.
