Analog Volt Gauge 8 ~ 18V

Analog Volt Gauge 8 ~ 18V

AEM's Analog style Volts Gauge features quick response and smooth needle movement that is easy to read in all lighting conditions. This Voltmeter gauge offers a swept area of 320 degrees for the best viewing resolution at almost any angle. A precision high-speed electronic stepper motor delivers lightning fast needle movement, making AEM's voltmeter gauge one of the fastest and most accurate gauges available.

All AEM analog style gauges feature seven backlight colors that allow you to match your OEM or other gauge backlighting, a silver and black bezel and a white and black faceplate to best match the interior of your vehicle. The backlighting is adjustable via a dial on the rear of the gauge to optimize viewing in all lighting conditions.

The AEM Voltmeter Gauge is ideal for knowing exactly how well a vehicle's charging system is performing. Most vehicles only provide a warning light to indicate there is a problem with a vehicle's charging system, and the indicator lights up once a vehicle system's voltage is so low that you can't restart it after it stalls. AEM volts gauge can alert you to when your charging system is failing the moment it starts to under- or over-charge.

Features:

  • Volts gauge readout from 8-18V
  • Ideal for carbureted or EFI vehicles
  • Adjustable backlighting via a dial on the back of the gauge
  • Includes black and silver interchangeable bezels and white and black faceplates
  • 320 degree viewing area for unsurpassed resolution
  • Easy-to-install harness
  • 0-5v analog output included for use with data loggers and virtually any engine management system
  • Standard 52mm (2-1/16”) gauge housing

Subaru Legacy Concept heading for Los Angeles Auto Show

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

The new Subaru Legacy Concept (pictured) is heading for Los Angeles Auto Show The Subaru Legacy is a more than decent car – and very appealing – but it’s not the most stylish looking car. But that could soon change if the new Subaru Legacy Concept – revealed today ahead of a debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show next week – is anything to go by. The front end is very ‘in yer face’ with a big hexagonal grill and ‘Hawk-Eye’ headlights, with big flared wheel arches hinting at decent power – and four wheel drive – and a character line running upwards along the side from the back of the front wheel arches to the tail.

What’s the plural of Prius? We don’t know, but at the 2011 Detroit motor show today Toyota pulled the wraps off two new Prius models. One is a production-ready MPV called the Toyota Prius V, and the second is the Prius C concept, which will inspire a future small hybrid.

Hyundai Genesis gets Detroit 2014 debut

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Cars we don’t get in the UK 101 would have to include the Hyundai Genesis American-market saloon in its syllabus. It’s an upmarket barge of a car that we actually wouldn’t mind gracing our roads over here in Blighty – and, interestingly, the new car is destined for these shores. Think of it as a cut-price Jaguar XF or BMW 5 Series over in the States, offering loads of comfort, a decent turn of performance and plenty of neat safety features.
