Anglia Trunk Skin 1948 Ford Hot Rat Rod Gasser Early Drag Vintage Pro Street on 2040-parts.com
Coventry, United Kingdom
|
This is a reproduction trunk skin for a 1948 type Ford Anglia. It is pressed from 20 gauge steel which is the same thickness as original. It has the edge turned ready to be fitted to the inner skin. It comes with no holes or hinge cutouts, so these will need to be added to suit your application. This is just the outer skin-you will need an original trunk lid to reskin. Overall, the quality of the pressing is good, but it may require preparation before painting. The slant back Prefect has a shorter trunk and this skin will not fit a Prefect. These panels are made in England and price includes shipping to 50 state USA and Canada

Honda Civic Type R UK sales to cease
Wed, 11 Aug 2010The Honda Civic Type R is dead. Or it is at least in Europe, as the high-revving, naturally aspirated 2.0-litre engine that powers Honda's hot hatch can't meet forthcoming emissions requirements That's right – the Civic Type R can’t meet the latest Euro5 emissions regulations that come into force at the end of 2010, meaning in the UK and most other European countries (a tiny handful have Euro5 exemption) the Civic Type R will cease to be. If you live outside Europe then you’re still in luck as the Swindon-built Type R will continue to be sold in markets as far afield as Australia and South Africa.
