Brackets are 17-1/4" high

Rack is 11" wide when expanded and 13-5/8" wide when closed.

It has all clamps

Very nice condition, original paint, has some light surface rust.  No breaks or bends.

David E. Davis Jr., inarguably one of the deans of automotive journalism, died on Sunday, March 27, at age 80. Davis had been suffering from bladder cancer and underwent surgery a few days earlier.
