Mazda 6 launched at 2012 Moscow motor show

Mazda has unveiled its new 6 saloon at the 2012 Moscow motor show – a nod to the significance of the Eastern European markets for the Japanese car maker. This third-generation Mazda 6 will be the second model in Mazda’s line-up to feature both its suite of innovative SkyActiv drivetrain and chassis technologies and the company’s ‘Kodo – Soul of Motion’ design language. That’s a clunky design title, but the new 6 is anything but - it’s a handsome looking car in our eyes, and takes its riffs from the Mazda Takeri concept first seen at the 2011 Tokyo motor show.

Lamborghini Gallardo facelift (2012) first official pictures

Lamborghini’s entry-level Gallardo supercar has been on sale since 2003, and in that time has already seen a major facelift and new engine, as well as a dizzying myriad of special editions. With no imminent replacement, Lambo has injected a last dose of tweaks into the baby raging bull, with an angular new front and rear fascia, more personalisation, and another bewinged special edition model. Subaru Cosworth Impreza STI CS400 (2010): more details

Subaru has revealed more details (and more teaser pictures) of its Cosworth-tuned Impreza. Called the Cosworth Impreza STI CS400, Subaru promises its four-wheel drive hot hatch will have ‘supercar-humbling pace’ and, presumably, be quick enough to match the Mitsubishi Evo X FQ-400 too. Near enough – this Cosworth-tweaked Impreza has 400PS.
