Super Bowl Sneak Peek! Mercedes teases new cars
Fri, 04 Feb 2011So Aaron Rodgers has 300 passing yards and four touchdowns, and the Packers are killing the Steelers. Either way, enthusiasts should keep watching, because Mercedes-Benz has a surprise in store in the fourth quarter.
Lamborghini Aventador J at 2012 Geneva motor show
Mon, 05 Mar 2012There maybe other Italian sports car manufacturers looking to hog the limelight at the 2012 Geneva motor show (and Ferrari and its 730bhp F12 is one of them) but Lamborghini will vie for attention with the Aventador J. Named 'J' after the FIA’s Appendix J that governs the tech spec of race cars in certain classes, it’s proper bedroom wall material – but little boys and girls are unlikely to ever see it on the road as it’s a one-off and will go to a lucky owner after its appearance at Geneva.
Meet the Jaguar/Land Rover smartphone
Fri, 10 Jan 2014Jaguar Land Rover has announced a whole new host of apps that'll be available in vehicles by both brands later this year via the InControl smartphone integration system. With the help of Bosch and a number of third-party app developers, Jaguar and Land Rover will debut integrated in-vehicle app connectivity for phones with the Android operating system, as well as for Apple's iOS. Jaguar Land Rover is the latest company to bring apps to cars' infotainment systems, an innovation that will either greatly reduce distracted driving and make crucial information much more easily accessible or cause drivers to completely ignore the act of driving altogether.
