Why buy from me?

I want your business.  I have been on eBay for 18 years (14 years under the same name) ... I am a one woman show.  I inspect, purchase, photograph, describe and answer all questions as well as ship all items personally.  I am not a big company with employees who don't care (I care!).  I try to ship all items within two business days of receiving payment (most items ship the next day, some the same day).  I take pride in my professionalism as well as my customer service 

I do not participate in eBay's no questions asked return policy, all of my items are sold as is no returns, however, I stand behind my descriptions and photographs 100%.  If you feel a description was inaccurate or an item misrepresented please contact me directly and I will do everything I can to correct it.  Everybody makes mistakes, it is how they handle these mistakes that separates the good sellers from the bad sellers.  I will never blame a buyer for my mistake, please don't blame me for yours.

I buy on eBay as well as sell and try to treat everyone the way I expect to be treated as a buyer.  I am a pleasant person by nature and try to be professional at all times.  I expect this same treatment from my buyers.  If you are disagreeable and hard to get along with in your every day life (if you are not sure if this is you ask your spouse or significant other) please purchase this item from anyone but me.

As Is, Untested Definition

I sell many different items and it is impossible for me to know how to test everything.  Many items I can only power on and report what I see.  If I ever have a reason to believe an item is non-functioning I will not try to list it as untested as so many sellers do, I will list it for parts or repair.  When I have an untested item it means I genuinely lack the knowledge or equipment to test it any further than is listed in the description.  As Is means the item will match my description.

• Buyer to pay shipping in the USA (unless Free shipping is indicated in the description). Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs will be more.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received unless I contact you otherwise.
• Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or Freight (as noted in the description)

• Freight items are shipped FREIGHT COLLECT via my freight carrier in Tallahassee, Florida.  A palleting fee may apply (see auction description).
• For a freight quote please provide me with the following information
• Delivery address including zipcode
• Commercial or residential?
• If commercial address ... is there a loading dock or forklift at the location?
• International bidders/buyers
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" -- this is prohibited by US and International government regulations.

Payment is required within 3 days of the auction close.  If payment has not been received within 3 days of the auction close the item will be relisted and an unpaid item alert will be initiated with eBay.

Shipments to Florida addresses will have Florida sales tax added.
