We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use Fed-Ex & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area. Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment. International Shipping: Arctic Cat's policy prohibits us from shipping Arctic Cat parts outside of the United States. The new two-seater, originally rumored to be called the Mercedes-Benz SLC, indirectly replaces the SLS AMG, becoming the second stand-alone model to be conceived, engineered and produced by Mercedes' AMG performance car offshoot at its headquarters in Affalterbach on the outskirts of Stuttgart, Germany. Mercedes has controversially eschewed any traditional reference to one of its founders, Karl Benz, in the name of its new 500-hp-plus twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8-powered machine.

The investigation also ruled out debris or other road conditions as causing the car in which Walker, 40, was a passenger to slam into a lamppost and tree and burst into flames. "We're looking at speed and speed alone," a law enforcement source said.
