We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use Fed-Ex & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area. Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment. International Shipping: Arctic Cat's policy prohibits us from shipping Arctic Cat parts outside of the United States. Purchasing Policy: Minnesota residents have to pay sales tax on all taxable items! Please make payment within 5 days of the purchase date. If you fail to make payment in that time period an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you. We only accept PayPal payment for eBay purchases. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes! Return Policy: • Returnable items may be returned for exchange, in-store credit or refund within 30 days after item is received. • Christmas gifts ordered from November 21th through December 25th can be returned through January 10th. • All returns require prior authorization with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Any returns w/o a RMA # will not be processed. • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, customer may choose another item or customer can choose from in-store credit or refund. • Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached. • Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted. • Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 20% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition). • All baseball style hats must be returned at least 6” tall. No envelopes or flat boxes. The former F1 world champion is pursuing money owed to him and issued a petition to close down P1 to pay the debt. But Hill’s co-founder of P1 International, and current chief executive officer, Michael Breen told CAR Online that the petition to wind up his business had been unsuccessful.
