Catalyst Cycles does not offer any warranty, of any kind, for any part that it sells.  

Limitation of Liability
Catalyst Cycles shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of products, parts, and accessories available. We also shall not be held liable for any such damage that results from the inability to use, misuse, or incorrect installation of any products, parts, and accessories. Catalyst Cycles shall not be held liable even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catalyst Cycles, its officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, damages, expenses, and costs, including attorney fees, resulting from any violations of these terms and conditions including wrongful or negligent conduct by you or any persons acting on your behalf.

Sales of Parts and Accessories
Catalyst cycles reserves the right to refuse and cancel an order for any reason at any point during the sales and purchase process.

Use and Participation
While we at Catalyst Cycles will make every feasible effort to review any communications within a reasonable time frame, we cannot review all communications and is not responsible in any way for the content of such communications.  Any form of harassment including but not limited to use of e-mail, telephone and postal mail, or use of offensive or vulgar language is strictly prohibited.

Images used for Catalyst Cycles’ eBay store or ads are done so with strict permissions given to Catalyst Cycles by the image providers. Catalyst Cycles DOES NOT give permission to use or copy any of the images on Catalyst Cycles' eBay store or ads. To copy or use any images without written permission from the image's providers is a direct violation of copyright law and a violation of Catalyst Cycles' policies.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 5 days of payment received.  Catalyst Cycles uses a variety of shipping providers and we reserve the right to choose the provider on a per order basis.  Orders must be shipped to one address only. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and size of the package.  There may be instances when the shipment of your order will take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.  If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery.

International orders may require up to four weeks for delivery. International import duties, taxes, and/or VATs must be paid by the customer and are not included in your total price here. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. In some countries, it may be illegal to receive some or all of our products or accessories. It is up to you to determine if the items ordered are legal for your area.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned orders, unless there is a mistake in the products received.

Return Policy

We want your experience with Catalyst Cycles to be a great experience. If the part you ordered is defective, doesn’t fit, or just not the correct part, you can return it. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will refund your purchase, less shipping and restocking fee, once these conditions are met.

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to contact Catalyst Cycles for return information. Contact us for your specific return instructions.

There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items that are not the result of our error. Items that are found to be defective will not be charged the restocking fee.

We will accept returns on products with their complete and original packaging. If the item arrived to your location damaged, you must also return the original shipping container with the product.

All returns must include all hardware and product paperwork, be in original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any products that were damaged during assembly or installation. Products returned missing any hardware or components will not be refunded. Catalyst Cycles is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the use of wrong or defective products or parts, or by incorrect installation of any products or parts.

When returning a product to Catalyst Cycles it may be beneficial for you to use a shipping company which can provide you with a tracking number. For us to process your return, we must first receive it. If necessary, you can file a lost item claim if it is not received by us.

Once the returned merchandise is received by Catalyst Cycles, we will contact you via e-mail to advise you of the return decision and when to expect completion of the return process and credit of the refund.

Some items are not returnable. Service manuals, CD roms, DVDs, and stickers cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical items cannot be returned if the package is opened for any reason. There is no warranty offered on exhaust pipes or mufflers in association to discoloration. Discoloration or “blueing” can be caused by cam timing, carb jetting, or overheating. This discoloration is not a manufacturer’s defect.

Refunds will be processed through Paypal and credited less all shipping and restocking fees. If you have been granted a refund and do not receive your credit within 30 days, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the error.

Purchase of an item from Catalyst Cycles constitutes agreement to the terms in these policies.
