This is a New ARP 235-2501 Harmonic Balancer Bolt. It had damaged packaging so it doesn't include the lube packet but the bolt and washer are in perfect unused condition. I got this by mistake and I have nothing with a Big Block engine. It has a 13/16" 12 point head and 1/2"-20 threads. Cheapest you will find on Ebay for this (NEW) item. I will include the small leaflet with the torque specifications for the bolt. The OE packagaing and lube pack is what was damaged and discarded.          No returns please.             Thanks for looking
