Clunkers records $2.88 billion in rebates

Well, the pair shared the same rotating plinth on Citroen’s stand but that’s about it. Whereas the Revolte concept (revealed at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show) was a plug-in hybrid supermini, the Survolt is an all-electric sports car.

Other changes include curtain airbags made standard on all models and… actually, there’s not much else new.
