DESCRIPTION: Art deco speed boat racing trophy in brown bakelite with brass sections. Brass plate reads L.M.B.C. Inc. Lowell, Mass. 1st Annual Outboard Regatta Aug. 10, 1952 Class BB First Place. Has makers name cast in bottom Dodge Inc.. Outboard speedboat trophy top is 4 1/4" long. Trophy stands 10" tall overall and base is 3 1/2" x 5 5/8" across and weighs 1 pound and 7 ounces and is in excellent condition. I am listing quite a few speedboat trophies with buy it now prices and will consider reasonable offers. Can combine sales to save you shipping costs. Citroën designers: Design students have 'golden opportunity'
Fri, 25 Jan 2013Today's car design students "have got a fantastic opportunity in a very different world," say Citroën designers. Though the automotive industry has been suffering in many regions in the current economic climate, the next generation of car designers "have got a fantastic opportunity," says Andrew Cowell, Senior Design Manager at Citroën, in conversation with Car Design News at the Royal College of Art, London. "The industry will evolve quite a lot, and these guys (the students on the postgraduate Vehicle Design course) will come out into a very different world." "They'll start in a very interesting period", says Alexandre Malval, Citroën Design Director and himself a graduate from the RCA course.

Visteon unveils C-Beyond concept

Based on a Citroën C4 Picasso, the C-Beyond is a showcase for new technologies – primarily focused on the car's interior, which permit a degree of flexibility and design expression. The C-Beyond simply looks like a C4 Picasso that incorporates new LED lighting technology.
