ASE HOLDEN COMMODORE VE TWIN INTERNAL SURGE TANK

PRODUCT CODE: FS-INT-ST-VE

Ultra-High Flow Fuel System Upgrade for VE Commodores.

The majority of our turbocharger kits for LS V8 Commodores end up in high-performance street cars with power generally in the 800hp zone. The necessary fuel upgrades that come with fitment of these types of kits prompted ASE to engineer a direct fitment fuel upgrade solution for the VE Commodore that delivers the following benefits:-

  • Fuel delivery to supply 800 engine HP.
  • 2x 275lph fuel pumps
  • Silent operation
  • Direct, drop-in fitment
  • Simple wiring conversion
  • Billet CNC construction
  • Robust design

The direct-fit nature of this fuel supply solution eliminates the need to run external pumps and surge tanks which are costly, noisy, untidy and have potential for leakage, fume and fire danger in the boot. Priced at $1450 retail, the kit provides an economical and simple option.

2011 Kia Magentis / Kia Optima revealed

Mon, 22 Feb 2010

Kia has revealed the 2011 Kia Optima / Kia Magentis ahead of a reveal at the New York Motor Show in April You might reasonably expect that Kia are teasing the 2011 Kia Magentis (or Kia Optima, as it is in the US) ahead of a reveal at the Geneva Motor Show. After all, every other car maker is at it at the moment. But Kia are teasing this ahead of the next big motor show after Geneva – the 2010 New York Motor Show – which isn’t until April.

Alternatively you could wait for the third-gen MINI coming later this year, with prices starting from £15,300. But without wishing to sound too much like Chris Tarrant, we don’t want to give you either of those.

Porsche 911 Black Edition (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show

Tue, 25 Jan 2011

The current Porsche 911 isn’t dead yet – this is the run-out Black Edition special. Just 1911 examples will ever be built, and it’s loaded with extras to keep 911 sales ticking over until the all-new version is unveiled later this year. Unlike the Carrera GTS, which is the most focussed (and brilliant) 911 this side of a Porsche Motorsport product, the Black Edition is based on the entry level Carrera.
