This is an ATL TF195 top filler plate FLANGE. It is in perfect shape. You need this if you have a plastic or aluminum cell or you build your own. It takes 1/4-28 bolts that are included. If you have an atl or fuel safe rubber bladder cell you do not need this piece as it is molded into that cell.

Ford targets Toyota Prius with C-Max Energi crossover

In its latest release, the Blue Oval called out the best-selling hybrid seven times while announcing the new crossover's fuel, range and pricing. Ford says the C-Max Energi will travel 550 miles on one tank of gas.
