McLaren P1 will smash Nurburgring & Top Gear lap records

But that’s as much about the run-up to Geneva as the Motor Show itself as Ferrari had managed to keep LaFerrari under warps until just a few hours before it debuted. Infiniti to get Audi A3 fighter in product blitz
Mon, 04 Jul 2011Nissan plans to introduce a compact, entry-level Infiniti model below the G series to compete against such cars as the Audi A3 and Lexus CT 200h. The car would be part of a global product blitz to build Infiniti's lineup to 10 vehicles from seven by 2017. The car would be based on the Etherea concept shown in March at the Geneva auto show, a person familiar with the plan says.
Nissan to build $2 billion plant in Mexico
Wed, 25 Jan 2012Nissan Motor Co. will build a $2 billion auto assembly plant in Mexico, its third in that country, as it works to outgun rival Honda Motor Co. The plant, in Aguascalientes, Mexico, will have initial capacity to build 175,000 light vehicles annually for the United States, Mexico and Latin America, with plans to expand.
