Will this part fit my vehicle? We are asked this question all the time and it is always a good idea to check if you are uncertain. With so many variations and applications our part description may not be enough for you to be certain it will fit your vehicle. We will be happy to verify to the best of our abilities and information available whether or not the part will fit your vehicle. To check on a part application we will need your vehicle's Year, Make, Model, Engine Size (2.4L, 3.2L, V6, etc.) Transmission Type (manual or auto), and the Body Type (2 door, 4 door, 5 door hatch, etc.). Providing this information with your request will speed up our reply. Without this information our first reply to you will be to ask for this information. If we need additional information to complete the verification we will contact you. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Central Time and we will try to fill part application verification requests as quickly as possible during normal business hours. If your request is made at night we will work on it the next business day. If your request is made over the weekend we will try to answer over the weekend but sometimes we need to wait until the warehouse reopens on Monday to fulfill your request and we will respond to let you know we need to work on it Monday. This includes all requests for visual identification on a part such as a verification of the part number that is printed on the part or photo requests (see below).

Some helpful information about the codes you may find in our listings:

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for 'Cash On Return'. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description. 

Part Category. A category is a way of classifying a part in inventory. The category appears as a one-letter abbreviation under Part Detail. A category is a way to identify a part by location or condition, and helps to indicate whether a part needs to be pulled and prepped before shipping. 

U: Unbolted  (Used part, loose and unbolted from vehicle)

Item Photo Requests We have too many items in stock to photograph every one before we put it up for sale but we will be happy to try and take a photo of the item you are interested in. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Central Time and we will try to fill photo requests as quickly as possible during normal business hours. If your request is made at night we will work on it the next day or on Monday if your request is made over the weekend.

Location: If part locations on the vehicle are noted in the listing they are as if you were sitting in the driver?s seat. Example: Left is driver?s side. Right is passenger side. Front is towards the engine. Rear is towards the trunk, hatch, or bed.

  Parts Grading:

A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.:

A Grade:

The highest quality part. If the part has less than 60,000 miles, it will be graded A. If the part has 60,000 miles or more, but less than 200,000 miles, it will be graded A if the part has less than 15,000 miles per model years of age. Example: 10 year old vehicle with 140,000 miles = Grade A (as long as the part has no physical damage apparent).:

B Grade:

The second level quality part.  It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. If the part has 15,000 miles or more per model year it will be graded B.:

C Grade:

The third level quality part.  It has high miles and/or light damage.:

No Grade:

A part that has not been graded.

We accept immediate payment processed through PayPal only however a PayPal account is not required. You may use a credit or debit card using the PayPal guest option and signing up for a PayPal account is not required.

Texas State Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.  

Some of our listings may use the Best Offer feature. If Best Offer is available on the item it will be on the listing. If you make a Best Offer and your offer is accepted payment is due within 5 business days. Shipping

Most shipping charges are listed in the shipping section on the item listing. Most small items will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS ground.

Orders will be shipped within one business day of the processing times listed below:

1. If your order was received before 3PM Central time Monday-Friday it will be processed that day and shipped within one business day.

2. Orders received after 3PM Central time Monday-Thursday will be processed the following business day and shipped within one business day.

3. If your order was received after 3PM Central time on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday and shipped within one business day. We ship our orders by USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground which does not pick up on weekends. If Monday is a holiday it will be processed Tuesday and shipped within one business days.Our shipping department is closed on weekends.Tracking information will automatically be uploaded to eBay and also sent to you by e-mail directly from UPS, FedEx, UPS once your order has left our facility.

Large items ship via common freight carrier. Parts shipped by freight are pallet strapped and wrapped. For freight shipments, the shipping address you provide must be a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, such as a business with a loading dock or forklift. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the location will accept the shipment and can properly unload the part from the tractor trailer. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate, please contact us first. 

We are not responsible for any charges that shipping companies may require for assistance or lift gate, redelivery, extended area delivery, etc.  We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier. 

You can also pick up your part from the nearest Freight Carrier terminal. They have the equipment to load your part onto a pickup truck, trailer, etc, and usually there are no additional fees for their service. Contact us for the nearest terminal location to you.

Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information. This includes your name & phone number as well as business name, address, and contact information for delivery. We do not ship until we have all required information.

Customer pickup at our location is available. There is no pickup charge, but contact us first to let us know when you can pick up your part. All pick up orders must be charged TX Sales tax regardless of your State of residence.

U.S shipping costs listed in the auction are for shipping to the lower 48 states only.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a USPS, FedEx, UPS shippable street address.

No International shipping is available. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP and U.S. Territories outside of the continental U.S. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us for immediate assistance. We will open a damage claim with shipping company and arrange for the return and replacement of the item.
