Skoda Superb Combi at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 14 September 2009 19:00 Skoda has today issued the first full photos of the new Superb Combi estate – and it promises to be one of the load-lugging bargains of the year. The regular Superb 'hatchaloon' is vast, and the Superb Combi offers even more space for not much more dough. The Superb Combi wagon stretches to 4838mm long and boot space stands at an echoing 633 litres.

Daihatsu Pico

The second of Daihatsu's entourage of models is the Pico. Following the layout of a two-seat quadricycle, laid out by the Twizy, the Pico has been developed as a vehicle ‘offering the appeal that only a compact car can provide to accommodate social and environmental changes such as the aging population, regional locations and delivery businesses'. The Pico features an LED central belt that circles the vehicle, relaying information such as the Pico's speed to pedestrians and other road users.
