Koenigsegg & Pagani heading for Chris Evans’ CarFest

With the first of Chris Evans’ CarFest extravaganzas kicking off this weekend, Supervettura are on the way with Koenigsegg and Pagani. This weekend sees the first of two petrolhead extravaganzas organised by Chris Evans for the benfit of Children in need kick off at Laverstoke Park Farm with CarFest South. Which means purveyors of supercars and providers of petrolhead fun are gathering their prize possessions together to get to Laverstoke Park Farm to enterrtain the assembled throng, one of which is *Supervettura with a cornucopia of supercar goodness.

2012 Toyota Avensis - teased ahead of Frankfurt 2011 As Frankfurt draws close its Toyota’s turn to reveal their 2011 offerings at the show, which will include the 2012 facelift Toyota Avensis. Olympic cyclist races against Skoda Octavia vRS

OLYMPIC GOLD medallist Ed Clancy took on a challenge of two wheels versus four testing his downhill racing skills against the Skoda Octavia vRS in a race against the clock. Covering a section of the famed Southern Borders Loop, part of the Tour of Britain stage one route, the race centred on a short, but brutally steep, hill climb with five major corners. To even the odds, Ed Clancy raced downhill from a rolling start whilst the new ŠKODA Octavia vRS raced uphill from a standing start.
