PAYMENT TERMS

We accept PayPal or through PayPal you can also pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or eCheck. PayPal can take up to 5 business days to clear your echeck. We collect a 7.5% sales tax for all customers in Illinois only. We do not charge a sales tax for customers outside Illinois.

SHIPPING TERMS

We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your order needs. We generally use UPS for shipping within the US and DHL Express for shipping outside the United States. We do not ship via USPS. Please check delivery times on our listing for the shipping lead time for this item.

RETURNS TERMS

You may return the product directly to the RV and Auto Parts Store after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. An RMA number is obtained by sending us a message through eBay. Once we receive your request, our customer support may call you with further questions. If the product is within warranty, we will issue a RMA number to you with details on how to return the defective product. Products shipped to us must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You pay for one way shipping to us. You must include the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you ship your product without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you at your cost. Though we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items, exceptions are made under certain circumstances. Defective products may be returned only after you speak with a representative and you are provided with a Return Authorization - RMA number. Under no circumstances will the original shipping amount (cost of shipping the product to the customer) be refunded. If a return has been authorized, the customer will have to pay for shipping the returned item back to our warehouse or address provided. A re-stocking fee of upto 25 percent will be charged.

Toyota and Lexus cars may have problems with stalling engines

More than a quarter-million Toyota cars sold worldwide--including many Lexus cars--have engines that may suddenly stall while the car is moving, Toyota said on Thursday. So far, Toyota has not recalled the vehicles, which total about 270,000 units. And its announcement in Japan did not say how Toyota discovered the problem.

You’ll be able to have a hybrid powertrain across Bentley’s range of engines With car makers increasingly hidebound by ever more stringent economy targets, even makers of the world’s most expensive, luxury cars are having to play ball. Which explains why Bentley has decided to go the hybrid route for their cars, with the debut of the Bentley Hybrid, a Mulsanne with the 6¾ litre V8 under the bonnet aided by an electric motor and a bank of batteries, at the Beijing Motor Show. It seems the Bentley hybrid solution – which is claimed to increase power by 25 per cent and improve emissions and economy by 70 per cent – is very similar to that used across the VW Group range, with an electric motor between the engine and transmission fed by a bank of batteries.
