This kit contains all Borg-Warner clutches and "Steel plates." Make sure you get a kit with steel plates. The cheaper ones don't have them and you "will" need them. Also included is a Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter and both the overdrive & Low Intermediate bands.

Remember to soak all of your clutches in tranny fluid for thirty minutes before you install them.

Mazda at the London motor show 2008

Tue, 22 Jul 2008

By Ben Whitworth Motor Shows 22 July 2008 13:50 Mazda's not a company afraid of striking out on a limb every now and then. Shame there were no real world debuts, though...What's new on Mazda's London motor show stand?

The Mini is 50 years old today

Fri, 08 May 2009

Today - 08/05/2009 - is the 50th anniversary of the first Mini rolling off the production line. To celebrate, and for a bit of free publicity (see, we’re playing the game) BMW has shipped the first Mini to roll of the production line back to Cowley to celebrate (picture at the bottom). 621 AOK, a Mini Minor, in Old English White, looks as fresh as the day it rolled off the production line half a century ago (although I wouldn’t mind betting it doesn’t have it’s original sills – they always rusted through – or copes with its original distributor and leads – one splash of rain and the car ground to a halt!).

Seventy-seven injuries have been reported, including chipped teeth, minor burns and cuts to the arms, hands and face.
