Ford Focus ST500 (2007): first official pictures

Thu, 08 Nov 2007

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 November 2007 02:28 Ford Focus ST500: the lowdown Ford is a past master of doing limited editions, and there have been any number of Fiesta, Escort and Mondeo specials over the years. Faster Gumpert Apollo model to debut in Geneva

Thu, 12 Feb 2009

They may not be lookers, but there is no denying the performance credentials of Roland Gumpert's Apollo sports cars. But now Gumpert is planning to reveal a faster chapter in the line at next month's Geneva motor show with the Apollo Speed.

Porsche says 1952 356 Cabriolet is oldest one sold in the U.S.

Thu, 21 Oct 2010

A 1952 Porsche 356 cabriolet owned by Robert Wilson of Oklahoma City, Okla., has been named the winner of a contest to find the oldest Porsche sold in America. Porsche Cars North America ran the contest, which asked owners to submit documentation showing when their cars were first sold, as part of its celebration of 60 years of selling cars in the United States. Wilson's car, which he found in a salvage yard, was imported in November 1952 by Max Hoffman, who started bringing Porsches to the United States in 1950.
