James Bond is best known for driving Aston Martins past and present. But over the course of 22 movies, Ian Fleming's character has piloted all sorts of motorized machines. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Bond films, the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, England, has put together an exhibit highlighting 50 of the most recognizable vehicles from his movies.

Renault working on 141mpg plug-in hybrid concept

Renault is working on a 141mpg plug-in hybrid concept car to be shown at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, according to Renault head of research, advanced studies and materials, Remi Bastien. Speaking to at Renault’s ‘Innovations’ event last year – showcasing the French manufacturer’s new technology that will underpin its next-generation models – Bastien revealed the new car will make its debut in 2014. Suzuki has unveiled a warmed-up version of its Swift supermini at the 2011 Geneva motor show. The new Swift S-Concept is an indication of the forthcoming Swift Sport hot hatch. Although a concept, it won’t take a rocket scientist to work out the Swift S-Concept is very close to the production car.
