Returns Policy

• Rebel Radar will exchange, or refund any defective product within the first 14 days. Please email us for return authorization. Original packaging must be returned with the item and in good condition, no exceptions.  Any returns claimed to be defective, will be tested by our technical team and a refund will be determined by Rebel Radar staff.

• Rebel Radar will accept returns for refund within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee + our initial shipping cost will be accessed. Any payments for shipping back to us will not be refunded. Please be sure to keep product box in original condition and ship back as you received. We cannot accept returned products if the box or packaging is damaged or not included with your return. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and serial numbers are recorded. We do not issue call tags. Thanks!
