No more oil in the bilge. The Bilge Rat is designed especially to be placed in the bilge of the boat. The Bilge Rat is easy to use and gives you a safer and better comfort on board as well as a cleaner environment. Place the Bilge Rat in the bilge and secure the boom to avoid interference with equipment and easy recovery. When the Bilge Rat is no longer absorbing it can be disposed of at an oil collection site.

Your Bilge Rat will absorb gasoline, diesel fuel and/or oil which has been dripped or spilled in your engine compartment, bilge or boat. Once the Bilge Rat is full it is easily disposed of.  The Bilge Rat is composed of Matasorb fibers which are made to attract oils and fuels but WILL NOT ABSORB  WATER, this makes them perfect for marine use. You will find may uses for Bilge Rats in your home and garage too.
