Selling a Pair of Black Leather power bucket seats (drivers and passenger) fronts. I picked these up for a build I was going to do, however doesn't look like it will happen this year. The seats are out of a Jaguar X type model. The leather is decent (some scuffs some wear), Foam is great! The power motors work. Very comfortable.

These would be great for a restomod pickup or hotrod. These are for sale locally so it is a pickup item only in Stamford CT!!  Seats are just not cheap to ship, sorry.

I measure the seats at 20.5"at widest point. Measurement are 36-39" from bottom of seat bracket (that mounts it to floor) to top of headrests. Two measurements because seat heights are power adjustable within that range.

Aptera hits a speed bump

Wed, 18 Nov 2009

While the streamlined, electric two-seat Aptera 2e may be one of the most efficient cars ever designed, the process of getting it to market is becoming a little less efficient. Original plans had the 2e going on sale this year, but the company said on Wednesday that the car will be available to consumers starting in 2010. No specific date was set.

Spies Given Green Light To Speed

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

IF YOU’RE familiar with James Bond’s antics you’ll know that he didn’t much care for rules and regulations. Now there’s one less bit of red tape for all fictional and real James Bonds, as spies are to be given a "licence to speed" for the first time, under changes to motoring laws. Currently, officers in MI5 and MI6 have to abide by the rules of the road even when national security is under threat.

GM continues work on fuel-saving engine technology

Wed, 20 May 2009

Sometime in the next decade, you might be able to enjoy some of the benefits of a diesel without driving one. A technology called HCCI improves fuel economy 15 percent and releases fewer emissions by using a combustion process similar to what is used in diesel powerplants. General Motors continues work on the project, which could be applied across a range of engine sizes and used with other advanced fuel-saving technologies to help the company comply with the proposed new mileage and emissions targets announced Tuesday by President Barack Obama.
