All items listed on outlawcycleproducts store are brand new and in their original packaging, unless otherwise clearly specified. It is your responsibility to make sure the part(s) you order, and receive, fit the application and that a qualified person installs the product. Installed or partially installed products cannot be returned unless defective. If we made a mistake and sent the wrong part, we will gladly accept it back as long as it is still in the original package and unused. Otherwise, only new parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 14 days can be returned but are subject to a restocking charge of 20% to cover our costs. Special ordered parts cannot be returned. If a part is damaged upon delivery contact us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Otherwise, we do not accept returns on used or installed parts. We do not reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether due to warranty, purchasing, or shipping errors nor do we expedite shipping of missing parts. Damages from shipping are extremely rare, but if this happens you must save all packaging material in order to make a claim. If you have a return that fits the above criteria, you may call or email us for a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without RMA will be refused at the loading dock. The headline average used car value declined in July, as would typically be expected at the onset of the summer holiday months. Values across the board fell to £5,633 down from the £5,662 recorded in June – a £29 decrease that was equivalent to 0.5% fall.
